The purpose of the Technology Committee is to determine the technology needs and allocate the necessary resources to establish and administer a technology program.
By far, this project is the most active with generous donations primarily from many local organizations in Hong Kong. The number of computers donated have far exceeded the Foundations initial vision of providing one computer per school. Most schools now have at least two computers.
As of January 2008, the Foundation have received and distributed over 300 computers.
On February 12, 2008, the Foundation worked with Congressman Vargas, Board Member "Boy" Vargas and partnered with GILAS to bring-in broadband services to the Ballesteros National High School.

The purpose of the Reading Corners Committee is to determine the school's literacy needs and allocate the necessary resources to establish and administer the reading corners.
Within the last four years, the Foundation collected and distributed over 15,000 books, established one library, and reading corners at every elementary school. The Foundation intends to establish reading corners in every classroom.

The purpose of the Fund Raising Committee is to solicit and raise funds, equipment, materials and other resources from individuals, groups, and corporations.

The purpose of the Educational Scholarship Committee is to determine and recommend students requiring financial need for approval of the Board of Trustees. The disbursement of the scholarship shall be direct disbursement of tuition and fees to the applicant's school.
The Foundation is currently in its fifth year of providing scholarship to 19 students. As three additional schools have been established in 2007, three additional scholarships will be provided in 2008.
